President Eddie Colvin, CPA, is President of CRG and has served in that capacity since founding the company in 1990. Prior to establishing CRG, Eddie was employed with Crow Family Holdings as the Special Projects Manager. His initial experience was gained at the Big Four accounting firm of Ernst & Young where he was a Senior Auditor, primarily assisting small business clients. Eddie holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPA’s.
Director of Operations Sheila Kyser started with CRG in June 1996 after graduating from Baylor University with a BBA in Entrepreneurship/Management. Sheila lives in Carrollton with her husband and son.
Recruiter Kim Roach has almost 20 years of experience in professional accounting and finance recruiting. She originally started with CRG in 1993 after graduating from Baylor University with a BA in Communications. After staying home to start a family, Kim rejoined CRG in December 2008. Her favorite parts of recruiting are building relationships with clients, and coaching candidates through the process as they make their next career move. While enjoying her high school aged son still in the Roach Lake Highlands nest, Kim also dreams of Texas hill country sunsets and leaving the big city behind! When not connecting talent to opportunity, you may find Kim at a live music venue or musical, an outdoor festival, trying a new restaurant or planning her next visit with one of her 2 college aged daughters.
Recruiter, Kaylee Kendall is a recent graduate from Texas A&M university where she earned her BS in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business. Kaylee started with CRG as a student intern and moved to a full-time employee upon graduation. She is excited to be back in the Dallas area with her four dogs and to further her career in recruiting.
Recruiter, Stacy Sanford earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a CPA. She began her career with EY until she was recruited to Crow Family Holdings (by CRG!). Stacy later spent several years with American Airlines in the investment group before staying home to start a family. Stacy joined CRG in 2017 and has 10 years of recruiting experience in a variety of industries. Stacy resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband and three dogs. She has a daughter in Atlanta, a son in Dallas and her youngest just graduated and started a job in Charlotte. Stacy is passionate about networking and recruiting, and college football. When she isn’t working or traveling to see her kids, Stacy can be found pursuing her latest artistic project.
Recruiter Allison Baskind earned her BA degree in History from the University of Louisiana at Monroe as well as her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has been with CRG since 2012. Allison resides in Austin with her husband and two young sons.
Recruiter Jacqueline Styne earned her BA degree in English from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She recruited for her alma mater for a couple of years before moving to the Dallas area. People are her passion, and she is known to say “this is a safe place” ad nauseam. She is a huge fan of the Dallas Mavericks, coffee, and sweatpants. Jacqueline lives in Plano with her husband, daughter, and son.
Recruiter Toni Goltermann earned a BS degree in Education from the University of Arkansas. She taught in the Dallas area for over twenty years before joining the CRG team in 2011. She enjoys her role in supporting the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions by working collaboratively with her amazing team. She also enjoys game nights with family, being creative and traveling both domestically and internationally. She lives in North Richland Hills with her husband and is the mother of two beautiful grown children.
CRO Executive Recruiter, Sue Calvery has almost 30 years of experience in the professional recruiting industry and holds a business degree in Human Resources from the University of North Texas. Sue is the Chief Recruiting Partner at CorpTalent and has deep subject matter expertise in both recruiting passive leadership talent and selection of A players based on the Topgrading technique. She collaborates with companies on strategy, execution, and troubleshooting of all talent related issues. Sue has been named recruiter of the year by the Texas Recruiter’s Network. Sue’s passion is networking, recruiting, and golf.
Managing Partner Darryl Miller was most recently Director of Operations at Amazon where he opened a new facility in Haslet, TX. Prior to that he was Chief Operation Officer for I.D. Systems where he was responsible for corporate operations, marketing and Asset Intelligence Sales. Darryl spent over 23 years with GE, having joined GE through their Manufacturing Management Program. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and held a number of roles within GE, from various leadership roles in manufacturing and services operations to Chief Operating Officer. Darryl Earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, Erie,PA.
Vice President David Hubbard has over 18 years of experience in the recruiting industry. David has a broad range of experience gained from working for start-ups and large multi-national firms. David holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
Executive Search Consultant Curtis Powell has been associated with Colvin Resources Group since 2009. Prior to CRG, Curtis was SVP with Burt Moses Associates, an insurance industry executive search firm. Curtis earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of North Texas . He lives in Las Colinas with his wife and two daughters.
Managing Partner Warren Rapert has over 30 years of finance and operations experience starting with Big 4 firm Ernst & Young, Controller and CFO positions at large international public companies American Airlines, Bank of America, and Nokia, as well as CFO/acting CEO position at private equity companies Worldwide Flight Services and Transtrade (now part of Maersk logistics). Warren worked his way through school in an architecture and engineering firm. He is a CPA, an MBA from South Methodist University, a BSBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and holds an associated degree in architecture from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. Warren serves on a Financial Executives International (FEI) board, a university alumni board, and is a volunteer working with students, unemployed, underemployed, and veterans for the last 12 years.

Accounting Manager Maria Thomas received her BSBA in Accounting and MBA from Hawaii Pacific University and is a CPA in the state of Texas. She lives in Coppell with her husband James and their daughter Sami, who is attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she majors in Marine Biology and plays softball. Her experience includes general ledger, financial analysis, preparing and submitting 10Q and 10K, financial reporting, payroll tax and corporate tax in the fields of banking, publicly traded companies, small accounting firms, nonprofit, and family offices.
