We understand that Colvin Resources Group is a staffing agency and that the service is made possible only by a substantial investment in advertising for, testing and screening a large staff of personnel. Therefore, as consideration for this service being made available to us, we agree that in the event the above candidate is considered for employment of any type within 12 months of start date, notice of intent will be given to Colvin Resources Group and a conversion fee will be determined at that point. Likewise, if the above candidate is hired within 12 months after their end date a placement fee will be owed to Colvin Resources Group.
