Temp-to-Hire

Using temp-to-hire personnel is an increasingly popular method of finding employees for clients. Under this scenario, a candidate is evaluated over a temporary period as an employee of CRG, prior to becoming a permanent employee of the client company.

The trial evaluation period provided by the temp-to-hire scenario has proven beneficial for our clients and candidates alike. The temp-to-hire method differs from payroll servicing primarily in that the temp-to-hire candidate is sourced, screened and placed by CRG.
